Colonoscopy and Endoscopy Prep

I’m getting a colonoscopy and endoscopy on monday. I start the prep tomorrow (12/26). Can they find any signs of gastroparisis on there? I’m trying to find ways to bring up gp to my doctor without me needing to say it.

^ totally agree with MessyMexi. I also had to do a 4 hour stomach emptying study, but it’s a painless test without too much fuss so I’d highly recommend bringing it up to your doctor if you suspect gastroparesis. It’s 12/26 today and I’ve been through that prep before, you’ve got this! 💕

I don't believe they can determine how well your digestive system is working based on those scopes. I believe they look more for polyps, tears, cancer, inflammation etc.. but I could be wrong. Mine was not diagnosed until a 4 hour stomach emptying study was done.
