Is anything in college? I’m about two weeks behind because I keep forgetting deadlines or procrastinating. I’ll clean my whole apartment before I start my homework and forget to do the homework or start painting.

I'm not in college but deal with procrastinating a lot. What has helped me is setting timers. I give myself 20 minutes to an hour or so to get one thing done and only that and the timer helps remind me of that. Then take a small 5 to 10 minute break or do something else for a little bit, but as soon as the timer goes off that's when I must work on something else. I make more important things longer time frames or ones that must be done sooner than later. Idk if this will work for you but it has helped me tremendously.
@StephRose I mean I could try at least. Maybe set like an hour timer for schoolwork in the evenings to keep up?
@SweetSloth yeah then give yourself a break and then come back to it if needed. The timer is supposed to be like a reminder so have it visible too. I hope this helps. 😊
