Does Cold Weather Affect Chronic Pain?

Does the cold make anyone else’s chronic pain worse? In cold weather I experience a lot more flare ups and bad days than I do in the spring or the fall.

Definitely cold makes everything worse- the pain stiffness and also affects the mood. I try to stay warm by wearing a lot of layers, hot drinks and warming pads.

Yess!! I just moved somewhere with a different climate than I’m used to, and I’m absolutely dying in this cold weather

I think mine does soemtimes but also by any different posture makes my pain worse

Yes. I hurt much worse when it is cold and rainy.
