Have you considered going decaf? I used to drink lattes constantly but would feel like the sky was falling constantly. Switching to decaf has made a noticeable difference for meā and it still tastes great (just no energy boost LOL)
I imagine this is how lactose intolerant people feel about cheese

@Nezzy that could work.. but then what would i do for the energy boost then
I drink Starbucks all the time but recently had to limit the intake of coffee and caffeine because it made my anxiety worse. And it definitely messes with my medication. If it makes your anxiety worse I would try to walk away from it for a little bit.
I LOVE coffee! And I used to drink it all day. I called Starbucks my happy place. But my anxiety started really affecting my health. I became short tempered, aggressive, I had trouble sleeping. Then I had serious digestive issues resulting in surgery. So I quit! Now I have one cup of decaf tea (yes, I know it has 2 mg of caffeine) per day and Iām fine. Life goes on and your body will adjust. You have to be determined to quit or at least cut back. If you decide to cut back try to quit for a month to reset your bodyās response to caffeine and then go back to it in very modest amounts and see how you do. Hope this helps.
