Not a doctor. But one small drink with food and you should be fine. Any more than that, not so much. If you can go without your meds for the night, just skip it.
Not recommend especially bc it’s a blood pressure medicine, but I have a friend who’s done it a few times (and actually been like drunk) and they said it just makes them feel drunker faster and feel more woozy/dizzy, but they like lived. It’s also important to note that they are young without any health complications.
So basically not recommended but if you accidentally did it you’d likely be fine.
It'll help tank your BP & P, but once the alcohol clears from your bloodstream, they'll improve a bit. It's definitely a risk of impairing your respiratory system: you'll breathe less and with less volume. Ideally, no, but in reality, if you have issues already with hypertension, I think you'll be OK.
