Navigating CLL Symptoms and Perimenopause Confusion

Diagnosed with CLL and going through perimenopause can feel like a double whammy.

That fatigue is something else, isn't it? Half the time, I'm wondering if it's CLL or just another perimenopause gift. Maybe finding a small, daily escape could help with the fatigue?

I got dx end of 2020. I get tired too but I've changed my diet to mostly vegetables and red meat. Very few carbs. No alcohol. Can't say much about menopause since I'm a 56y.o. male. Stay strong.💕
