I'm tired of being in pain. I'm going back on the Clint Paddison diet. For those of you who are unaware of what it is, it's a leafy green heavy diet that is free of animal products, gluten, preservatives, and oil. While you have to pay for the official resources, on YouTube you can find the food guide for free. I followed it for 2 months back in February and it not only got me off my arthritis medication, but cured my IBS. I swear by this eating plan and highly recommend it. Maybe if anyone else wants to join me, we can start a group chat for support?
