hi !oh man ive never heard of sodium wasting i had to look it up

It isn't very common but is very serious, so when your looking for chronically I'll friends I get it. When I was little, if I didn't eat very often I would get dizzy. As I got older, it got worse. Without frequently eating or drinking sodium, I get more dizzy to pt of being like I'm going to pass out, having difficulty talking, trouble balancing, shaking, and headaches.

1 time it got really bad and I fell, but didn't faint. My husband taken me to to the ER a lot before we knew what was happening. Now I know you get injected by sodium fixing everything if what I consume isn't enough
