Dealing with Chronic Sciatica and Spondylitis Pain

I did this warm pool therapy and they put me in the deep end with small weights on my ankles and I had a large poodle noodle to float with and I close my eyes and try to get back to that place for a little comfort and escape from the pain. Drugs can work miracles lol I empathize with you I do

I’m here turning all ways posible to feel a little comfort. I’m about to cry, I hate my hips.

I would try relax your back as much you can or do ice or hot whatever makes you comfortable and do some back stretching and some walking
