Dealing with Chronic Pelvic Pain and Anxiety

Anyone have chronic pelvic pain and just general uneasiness in your stomach? I have anxiety/depression and IBS. Also every couple months ovarian cysts that really rear their ugly head. It just seems like my abdomen is never happy

I have IBS. I feel unsettled a lot. My gyn also suspects that I have endometriosis and I do have a fibroid on my uterine wall that she said could be causing a lot of my crampiness. We are scheduling surgery later in the year.
