Dealing with Chronic Pain and Weight Loss

I have been dealing with chronic pain in my body and migraines for a very long period of time and within the past five or six years my intake of food has decreased significantly. In the past when I was depressed I used to eat now that the pain is so severe I have no interest in eating but I can’t seem to lose weight. Does anybody else have this issue and if you do what are you doing to help yourself? I need to lose weight but I can’t seem to eat enough throughout the day because I’m seriously not hungry and I’m in so much pain that exercising is almost a joke to even discuss! Help!!

I was sick in September last year and lost 20 pounds due to chronic stomach issues and diarrhea. Every time I eat I have to go to bathroom . So have cut out caffeine, fried foods and certain other foods. Have not lost anymore weight staying the same. Have an appointment with nutritionist due to high inflammation to see if it will help.
