Desperate for a solution to chronic pain

I am just absolutely desperate for a solution. I used to have 17-25 pain days a month. after high school it dropped to maybe 2-3 a month. Now it's starting to be multiple a week again. I can't take Tylenol, Aspirin, Aleve, Advil, Excedrin or anything with NSAIDs at all. I've tried tramadol, maxalt, imitrex, blood pressure medication. nothing helps. sometimes ice, but the only thing that makes it go away is sleep. but sometimes I can't do that and the pain is too much. I have such a low tolerance now that I have fibromyalgia too. I can't use THC without risking my job. I wish it would just go away

That's exactly what happened to me. I left school, they chilled out a bit. But for the last couple of years (which have been v e r y stressful) they've been back hardcore and worse than ever. I find that when one comes on, sitting in a hot shower, with the water running on top of my head, creates an overstimulation that almost numbs the pain for a few minutes.

So sorry youโ€™re going through this. Iโ€™m trying Botox next for my migraines. Do you take supplements? I found magnesium, a vitamin B complex, and vitamin D are helpful.
