@AranaJ thank you, and yes I actually just started going to a pain clinic. I was supposed to get a cortisone shot, but my blood sugar levels weren't controlled. So I have to get them under control before getting the shot. I am trying to get my levels under control. I'm hoping when I do I can get this shot. I do need help managing my pain now. And medication just isn't doing it. So I am focusing like you said on my blood sugar as well.
