Chronic pain with no known cause

hi, i’m Ives. i’m 19, queer, and suffer from chronic pain with no known cause as of now (no specific diagnosis) i have back pain through my entire back sometimes shooting pains and sometimes a burning, cramping, numb feeling. i also have numb type, burning, tingling sensations in my legs. that are extremely painful and annoying. i have joint stiffness in my fingers, wrists, hips, ankles, knees, and of course my back. heat and pressure seem to slightly relive the pain but does this sound like any specific problem? i’m tired of not knowing what it’s stemming from..

it’s literally the worst just dealing with the pain alone.. but not knowing what’s causing it and how to fix it makes it so much worse. i hope all is well for you ❤️
