Chronic pain and no answers

Not many symptoms to add like low antibodies, enlarged spleen. High CRP. chronic sore throat Doctors have no answers or suggestions b/c I tested neg for Lyme & Rheumatoid( tested once for each) Why do I ache like this and have no energy? I have had ifi close to 20 yrs and only one doc ever cared, but wasn't sure where to send me. I take heavy meds for symptos which I despise but Motrin almost ruined my kidneys. Anybody going through this? I understand your frustration with fibromyalgia diagnosis, that doesnt fit & the meds for it dont work. I'm here, to read your story.

I can relate and sorry you’re going thru it and not getting help. I have a lot of the same symptoms and was finally diagnosed by a rheumatologist with psoriatic arthritis and ankylosing spondylitis which can effect lungs, energy, inflammation, kidney and liver function and come back negative for rheumatoid tests. Doc said both are really hard to diagnose since typical autoimmune tests may not catch either of the diagnoses. Not sure if either of those could be it but might be worth it to look into or research other inflammatory or autoimmune conditions that go under the radar with typical testing.

thank you for your response. I did test neg for rheumatoid yrs ago. Don't have painful joints much, more flu-like constant aching with sore throat in evenings. Energy next to zero. Newest symptom,middle of my back aches everyday, radiates to ribs & low antibodies?? Tired of docs. Hope you're doing as well as you're able💟
