I can relate and sorry you’re going thru it and not getting help. I have a lot of the same symptoms and was finally diagnosed by a rheumatologist with psoriatic arthritis and ankylosing spondylitis which can effect lungs, energy, inflammation, kidney and liver function and come back negative for rheumatoid tests. Doc said both are really hard to diagnose since typical autoimmune tests may not catch either of the diagnoses. Not sure if either of those could be it but might be worth it to look into or research other inflammatory or autoimmune conditions that go under the radar with typical testing.
