Struggling with Chronic Pain and Limited Options

Been really struggling the past few weeks. my wrists are so painful that I can barely write in college let alone do any hobbies. Obviously other parts of me are hurting, and I think my parents are starting to see that. Honestly idk what to do. I have a call with my GP to talk about medication but that isnt for a month. Any suggestions?

If your pain is that bad, ask your GP for a referral to your local Pain Clinic, they have more options available to them. Our GP's don't understand Chronic Pain most of the time, the Pain Clinics do. Good luck Lv xx

Get an appointment ahead of time because it could be serious

for my GP you have to call up at 8 on monday and sit in a queue to see if they have appointments for that day, which wont work as I have college. So booking an appointment ahead of time is the only way I can get a time that works with my schedule ๐Ÿ˜•
