Hello, I just downloaded this app today and I’m not totally sure how it works. I had spondololysthesis and a herniated disc which caused me to have a lumbar fusion surgery in sept of 2020. I thought I was making progress until a recent MRI showed the surgery failed and caused several other issues. I am in a 10/10 pain every day.. I’m lost. I used to be a personal trainer and fitness instructor so my identity is gone. Doctors turn me away as I am a liability… there’s not much hope for me
