My legs used to hurt so bad after work I had to soak in the tub. I've been talking malic acid with magnesium and I've not had to soak since. It takes awhile to work but it's so worth it!

Antiinflammatory supplements and vitamins! The supplements I take have tumeric, ginger and a few other natural remedies. It does help me a little bit. I also use marijuana but I know some people are on the edge regarding that.

marijuana is legal where I am located. I'm pro cannabis. I drink a lemon ginger honey and apple cider vinegar drink to keep my energy up and helps me maintain my weight(loss) journey. I have a knack for it. I can't take supplements due to the CHF

I try to rest but if I can't rest I drink black cherry juice, listen to music, talk to a close friend or a support group

My doctor reccomend California poppy for my fibro pain! It helps, but it took a while to find a tincture that doesn't taste awful. I would reccomend a brand, but I actually buy it at my local farmer's market 😅

that's a really awesome idea for me to check into. I hate taking my pain meds( gabapentin). I am an all natural herbal type of person.
