I need help! I’ve been in the worst flare up I’ve ever had. I have EDS and Complex Regional Pain Syndrome and I will take any advice. I can’t get the pain under control. My back bones are completely shattered and every single one of my bones are dislocating and that’s not abnormal but I want it to calm down even for a second.

Hi, the best thing for you is to go to the hospital ASAP, and sounds urgent. They can also use many meds to ease your pain

Have you gone to the hospital? I want to wrap you up in a compression sleeve to make sure everything stays where it’s supposed to but not squish you in a painful way. We don’t want you in more pain. Usually if I have something that won’t stay in on its own then I put pain cream on it or CBD lotion on it (If I can stand it) then put a brace on it so it has a support and can stabilise. I hope you get some relief soon ❤️
