From one lupus warrior to another- you might not be able to most of the time. It's okay to pick and choose your battles. For me, a shower might be the most I can do in a day. Sometimes it's as small as going to and from the bathroom once. And, yet, low inflammation days, I can sometimes walk a mile (total, not in one go lol) or clean the whole apartment. Meet yourself where you're at. To get more of those high energy days, reduce your triggers (sunlight and non-FODMAP+GERD foods for me, as well as stress), listen to your body, take multiple breaks. You've got this.

for me making to do lists helps start the day and organize everything and having a way to reward yourself at the end of the day once you’re finished everything is a nice way to motivate yourself!

Try to start with something extremely small.. for example if you need to clean the bathroom.. space out what you need to do. It helps if you write it down on paper or use your notepad on your phone… put down everything you need to do in the bathroom and then do one task at a time and mark it off… rest in between.. it takes longer to get it done but that’s the only way I found I’m able to at least get some things done
