Living in Agony: My 4-Year Battle with Undiagnosed Chronic Pain

I have been in utter agony for almost 4 years. I'm only 34 years old but I feel 100. I've been to 4 out of the top 7 US hospitals and they can't diagnose me. I have chronic nonstop pain in my c4 c5 c6. The pain is throbbing and like fire. Sometimes it's eletrocuting. I feel it in my neck right shoulder and right fingers. The pain radiates into my head giving me excruciating migraines. It also goes into the middle of my spine making it seize up and I feel like I can't breathe. I have muscle spasms and weakness. I've had multiple injections and been to every specialist I can think of. I've tried neurology, pain management, rheumatology and endocrinology. I've gone to a chiropractor, massage therapist, acupuncture, and physical therapy several times. I've even had two surgeries. They thought it was Thoracic Outlet Syndrome once so they removed my first rib. Nothing works. Now they're telling me that there's nothing else that can be tried. I think one of the hardest things is I haven't been diagnosed. Does my story sound familiar with anyone else? I feel very alone and afraid.
