Dealing with Chronic Pain and Extreme Anxiety in High School

High school has worsened my chronic pain. I want to graduate early I’m just extremely anxious at the idea that i’m no longer a kid really. Has anyone else had this extreme anxiety over growing up? It’s to the point of full panic attacks for me. my options are putting up with high school worsening my other conditions or find some way to deal with my extreme anxiety

I hate school as well. I am a junior in hs and technically I could graduate this year because I have enough credits, but I don’t want to miss out on some of next years class opportunities and internships

I’ve just turned 33 and I don’t fear aging, changing of the times, or anything like that. I fear dying alone.

I’ve had more anxiety after high school actually, but I understand having health problems during high school. I was struggling my senior year, maybe if you try therapy it will help with anxiety. I’ve been going a long time and it helps me.

I get that, I couldn’t wait to graduate and move out. But also I didn’t know what I wanted to do with the rest of my life yet like picking a major to commit to, so I was scared. I think if you want to go to college or anything, take a year or a few and travel or work or do whatever you want to figure out what you really want to do later in life!
