I recommend getting scans done. I found out my gallbladder wasn't working efficiently. It is NOT normal to feel nausea all the time. But if you want to first start with nausea meds that is completely okay too. But find out what is wrong. Don't wait

I also have chronic nausea and my labs look normal as well and can’t find the issue. Stress def makes things worse. Doctors tried giving me acid reducers or ulcer meds to line my stomach but that didnt help me but maybe could help you. Zofran has really helped me get through though
