I have chronic migraines intractable with aura that are very painful. I take a CPRG drug called Qulipta, Maxalt and Antitriptyline. With the medication I went from having a migraine everyday to 2 a week. I also have unspecified convulsions. My neurologist ordered a eeg in office with results that came back as normal no epileptic seziors as I had a convulsion during the test. I also had a 3 day extended test which showed normal no epileptic seziors as I had one during the test as well. I feel dizzy, off balance and deal with occipital neuralgia head and neck pain daily. I do have convulsion 1 to 3 times a week. Sometimes during a migraine and sometimes just randomly. It is definitely weird the feeling that I have before the convulsion.. dizzy, extremely fatigued, a feeling of doomor that something is going to happen and speech difficulties. I also gave speech difficulties before and during a migraine. Slow speech, I know what I want to say but it will not come out correctly, slurred speech. I also have brain fog, short term memory issues as well. Any advise? I am mostly concerned about the convulsions as my neurologist states that they are not epileptic in nature.
