Chronic Lower Back and Joint Pain - Seeking Advice

Hi everyone, I still don’t have a diagnosis for my chronic lower back and joint pain but low dose steroids are really helping so it definitely seems like an autoimmune disorder. I also tend to get inflammation and pain in my wrist and shoulder tendons, and wanted to know if it could be enthesopathy. Has anyone experienced anything similar?

It could be a systemic joint disease. Have you seen a rheumatologist?
