well, after an exam by my neurosurgeon, we've finally narrowed down one of the top culprits causing my low back pain. severe bilateral sacroiliac joint dysfunction. it makes sitting hurt. standing. going from seated to standing. basically, it just always hurts. in two weeks I'm going to an orthopedic specialist for bilateral cortisone injections into my sacroiliac joints. fingers crossed that it actually helps. every other cortisone injection I've received have been zero help.
