Seeking Answers for Chronic Joint Pain

I've been trying for years to figure out what the cause of my joint pain is, and I am finally going to see a rheumatologist soon to see if it is rheumatoid arthritis. I've had ankle problems since I was 8, knee problems since I was 15, other joint pain since I was 21, and recently my fingers have been in a lot of pain, especially now that it is getting colder where I live. I honestly am hopeful that it is rheumatoid arthritis just so I can finally have a diagnosis. No one has been able to tell me what's going on for years.

It took a lot of time for me to get the right rheumatologist to diagnose me with RA. These diseases are very challenging and complex to diagnose
