Chronic Infection: Is There Any Hope for Me?

I've been going to the doctor for more than 30 years and they had not given me anything to stop the earrings my throat is so badly infected just sometime by eating certain foods my breath smells like the sewer on the toilet I have become completely isolated because of this never go outside and at times I get so depressed I had all my teeth removed they told me it was my tonsils I had those removed I'm just stressing over this I've lost all of my friends because the moment I open my mouth the stench feels fills up the room
