Connecting with Others Who Understand the Struggles of Chronic Illness

Hello, just getting started. I have a few chronic health conditions, one or 2 I don't know what to call them so they're not listed, and I thought talking with others with similar issues would help. Healthy people don't always understand the struggles of the chronically ill.

Welcome. Sadly alot of people don't understand. It's part of the reason I'm here. It does help talking to other that "get it".

absolutely. My husband is healthy as a horse and he tries but when we first met he thought I was full of excuses. Once we started dating he realized how bad my health actually is and apologized. Now he doesn't understand how I keep going. I tell him I don't have a choice.
