Aloha everyone, I'm a 20 year old female who has recently been struggling a lot with my health. I have been diagnosed with POTS, hEDS, and fibromyalgia along with mental health issues like major depression and anxiety. I have recently had a big breakup and am kind of restarting my new life. I am also so excited to meet more people like me :)

I'm glad you're looking ahead to starting fresh and not dwelling on the loss 😊 I'd suggest finding a counselor to help you set goals and feel supported. I have anxiety as well and telemed appointments really help me to stay home and be comfortable but also allows me to open up more and take time to just say '... so yeah' lol w/o feeling awkward ✌️ nice to see you here!

  @jediBriley Yes I have also been doing telehealth appointments with a trauma therapist and a DBT group and it really has helped me. Without the support I'm not sure how I would be managing everything, I don't think I would be here honestly
