Struggling with Chronic Illness as a Mom and Wife

I just want to be the best mom & wife but I feel like my chronic illness make me horrible. I know they love me but I just think about time where I constantly played with my babies all day.. and actually enjoyed doing things.. now everything is such a drag! 😞

You’re not alone momma! It won’t always be like this, chronic illness ebbs and flows and there is hope for a more energetic existence. It may come and go but with time you’ll find what works for you in terms of lifestyle and health choices that bring little bursts of energy. What means more to a family is honesty and authenticity. Come as you are and be gentle with yourself about it. It will teach your littles so much more about life, and bring more awareness to chronic illness than if you tried hiding it. You got this. I’m always here to talk and share tips and tricks if you’d like!

I feel that way often diet is the biggest factor for me and if I wake up with relatively low pain I make the most of it instead of taking that to get chores done I focus on experiences because I far prefer for my loved ones to have me present in that way then be energetic enough to clean
