Living with COPD: The Invisible Disability

I have COPD I am so tired of people telling me that I don't look sick and I don't look like I deserve to park in handicap spots now I just tell them to walk behind me for 3 minutes

Hi, I know that feeling. They always look at me as if I'm a healthy person and they don't understand that I can barely walk 100 meters without starting to pant and cough. That's how it is when you don't see your disability. We are not like a person who has lost an arm or a leg where you can actually see the disability.
