Omeprazole (Prilosec) if you need something immediate because it's OTC, pantoprazole (Protonix) if you can get to a doctor and get a prescription. After the fact remedies don't work for me at all anymore, I have to focus on prevention.

Milk makes mine worse. I take omeprazole in the morning & famotadine at night. Tums or pepto for breakthroughs. Sleep with my head raised. Have had only 1 vomit session because I accidentally got snails that were too spicy

Over the counter drugs like prilosec or nexium may be helpful if antacids aren't working! also avoid laying flat when at all possible, the regurgitation isn't as bad when you don't lay flat ever

Shoe is right. Milk and Omeprazole definitely helps.

I switched what medication I took and the time I took it at, and that helped a lot.

I take Omeprazole for mine. And it usually works. But if my pharmacy or doctor screws up my dates then I go for what got me through so many pregnancies. Tums and Milk. Whole or 2% it don't matter

I take Protonix/Pantoprazole and even though I still have some breakthrough nausea it helps a lot.

Carafate was super helpful for this. It coats your stomach to protect it from the stomach acid
