anyone else experience these headaches? I have headaches around/behind eyes, forehead, back of head & shoulders. idk if it is mental or physical but I really don't want to take aspirin or Tylenol or Aleve every day. Rest doesn't help and sometimes I wake up with it and sometimes it happens in the evening to night. I drink water, eat regularly, and walk daily for 10-20 minutes, get 8 hrs of sleep, visited an eye doctor got glasses. the headaches are back & past doctors just told me to drink a liter of water a day and take Aleve.
