hi, i’ve had pcs for nearly 4 years. i get daily headaches due to it, i’ve tried loads of medications and treatments and they’ve not helped (i’m going to try some more soon tho) but does anyone have anything that helps with when you have headaches cause i’ve not found anything that works e.g. lying down in a dark/quiet room, distracting myself etc.
