hello friends! I have issues with chronic fatigue without meds and lot of meds make me extremely tired on top of already sleeping 12 hours a day. I am having a lot of issues with the disorganization, things feeling real, and the depression stuff. Anytime we try a med it either gives me TD or I can't get out of bed. Have any meds worked for you that don't make you super tired or give you TD? I feel like I'm running out of options here and kinda struggling hardcore. Advice?
