Does anybody know any good ways to keep up with 3 meals a day with chronic fatigue? I need to keep my eating more regular, but it's difficult to do with so little energy and dizziness

I've been naughty lately and living off delivery meals. Sometimes bread and fruit keep me going without much effort. I'm on a super strict diet, so food has been a challenge

I try to pick a few ingredients I can throw on the stove, heat up and eat soon. Things that are super fast. It also helps to have a supportive partner. And if that’s too much for me, then I have things I can snack on such as green beans or peaches.

Could you try healthy premade meals? A lot of grocery stores have decent ready-made soups, and there are a number of frozen meals that are healthy and only take a few minutes to cook in the microwave. Then you could supplement those with healthy snacks (like nuts, seaweed, rice crackers, etc.) or quick smoothies.

I have issues with this as well. I barely have the energy to make one meal, let alone three. Or even more smaller portions throughout the day.
