Desperate for Help with Chronic Dizziness and Fatigue

I've got pots and I can't see a specialist yet but what's helped me a bit so far is drinking lots of water, increasing my salt intake, drinking electrolyte drinks daily like Gatorade or Pedialyte (Pedialyte works better), compression socks, try to avoid heat the best you can like no hot showers, don't eat/drink a large amount all at once try to eat more small meals overtime rather than a couple bigs ones, get plenty of sleep, when I'm gonna be doing something I'd need to be standing longer than 20 min for I use a wheelchair, avoid caffeine and meds with it or that are antihistamines, take breaks when you need and don't overdo it if you can help it, and if you do overdo it give yourself time to rest and just lay down for a day or more however long you need.
