Since I was a child I’ve chronically bitten/chewed the inside of my cheeks, mouth and lips. Now nearing 29 I’m more aware of it than ever and it’s just so compulsive and hard to stop. I’ve bitten such chunks that I can’t eat or drink anything hot and it’s super sore. I just can’t stop it! I’ve phoned the GP and have an appointment in a couple of weeks to discuss it. But can anyone else relate or has any tips to stop?! I hate it but I cannot stop :(
