Dealing with Chronic Back Pain
having a really bad flare up with my back atm, not just my usual sciatica, i'm also getting regular pain slightly higher up also. nothing i do seems to help anymore :(

Yes he did me too but I never go it's to far . I don't think they understand how much pain we are in

I agree.. It honestly feels like they're just saying "deal with it, it's your problem, not mine" at this point

Same but my doctor say take rest that's it and my meds 😢

My doctor sent me to physio again but it never helps. They just send me back and forth for meds and physio exercises, but neither are improving things 😔
