Dealing with Chronic Back Pain at 29

was told i essentially have a 60 year old's back at 29. 🙃 explains why i move & feel like a grandma. having trouble finding any meds that alleviate any pain. any suggestions?

I had luck with a combo of Meloxicam and Cymbalta. Voltaren topical gel is great too but it can't be taken with Meloxicam.

I have 4 ruptured disc 2 bones broke off sticking in nerve going down leg. I stay in constant horrible pain😥

oh damn, you must have a high tolerance then, id suggest then to try look up exercises to strengthen your back muscles and try then out for a few weeks or see a doctor and go to physical therapy, see how they are. I had fair improvement when i did physical therapy
