Struggling with Chronic Back Pain and Seeking Advice

My name is Jenn. I have had two spinal fusions I'm two years and have had no improvement of my lumbar back pain, and weakness, tingling, and numbness in both of my legs. I currently take many pain medications through pain management, but they don't help much either. I am wondering if I should see a specialist in Philadelphia( I live about an hour away from there) since I hear good things about Penn, but have a hard time driving and unsure if seeing someone else will help. My chronic back issues have caused me severe anxiety, depression, and panic attacks that aren't adequately treated currently. My conditions are complicated, this is just a brief summary.

Hi I had a spinal fusion in my neck ACDF C3 to 6 my back bulging desk generic this disease it sucks I don’t take medicine so I suffer definitely I try to do Tylenol and ibuprofen and some natural creams but it’s not really helpful but I keep trying if I were you I definitely would go to where you think you’re going to get the most help and get another opinion this is such a horrible surgery to go through it’s long lasting and it could take years and years for the pain to get a little bit better not everybody though some people have better luck with this. Hope you get the help

Also I wanna add that after a year to year and a half if you still have pins and needles then it’s gonna be permanent as long as it’s not worse it if it does get worse so you get a new symptoms then you get checked out again my three fingers on my left hand or permanently numb, pins and needles and my right foot is kind of to and I am almost 4 years

See if you can find a chiropractor that will treat you gentle. Ultrasound, laser, Ems, heat maybe light massage. My chiropractor has total saved me. I see her 2x a week for pain control.
