I have used Voltaten gel and lidocaine. Also, turmeric helps with inflammation. I can tell a difference in my hands when I use turmeric.

you can get it pretty much anywhere. Walmart, Target, Walgreens, Amazon etc.

physical labor is so hard on your body. My husband has worked it for almost 20 years. I'm sorry that ibuprofen has quit working for you. Voltaren is another type of NSAID, but it's topical not oral. I think it helps more because it is put on directly where you hurt. You could also try pain patches. There are several types. Salon Pas seems to work well, if you can handle the smell of camphor. There are also several options for lidocaine. (Patches, creams, gels, etc) I wish you luck on finding something that works for you. 🫂 🙏

Physical labor is hard on your body and it feel amazing to sit and calm everything unfortunately I have learned the hard way stay active or you'll hurt worse , I went for physical labor to sitting in a truck and now everything hurts all the time sitting or standing
