Concerns about not choosing biologics for treatment

Is there anyone else out there that didnt chose biologics and ended up being ok? Are these treatments super necessary? I'm recently diagnosed and confused about how bad this will get if I dont get treatment..I'm scared of biologics.

      @cosycat92 wow totally forgot I had this app. I woke ip with a stiff neck end of February 2020. By June I couldn’t hardly move. Every movement felt like my muscles were ripping from the bone. I was in the hospital for 7 days. They figured out it was AS. I am on Enbrel. It helps about 20%. I use diet and lifestyle changes to get me pain free most of the time unless it’s cold and rainy. Blessed to have a job that lets me work from home.

      Lots of people have. I didn’t know there was a choice but mine went from zero issues to being in the hospital overnight. I am getting better and hope to get off the biologic. Keep searching for natural ways to treat and get healthier.
