Based on the experiences shared, some people found that chiropractic adjustments provided temporary relief but did not necessarily address the root cause of their migraines. One person mentioned that they got more answers and help from a chiropractor after an accident, which led to better treatment from a neurologist. However, others have found physical therapy to be more beneficial in the long run. It's suggested to be careful with chiropractics as they can potentially do more harm than good for some conditions. Therefore, it might be worth considering going back to physical therapy if your insurance situation allows it.
