Considering Chiropractic Treatment for My Back Pain

Alright back pain gang, have any of y'all gone to a chiropractor? My brother has been going and says it helps him a lot, I'm thinking about going myself but I'm just scared it won't do anything bc my back muscles are so tight 😖

It really depends on the chiropractor and the treatment plan. I loved my chiropractor, but he could only do so much for me. Physical therapy is where I was able to get a proper diagnosis and take real steps forward. Hope you find some relief soon!

Honestly, I tried and they did nothing for me. And not all chriros are equal. The ones that do those huge cracks are scary and only provide short term relief, but there are some that do very small adjustments, that’s where I found the most benefit. But in the end, PT helped me a million times more and was covered by insurance
