Hypermobility Syndromes

I have, in a few different settings (physical therapists and chiropractors before diagnosis). In my experience, having adjustments made some of my joint instability/clicking worse overall (long term), especially in my neck. The only times it's been beneficial for me has been when a joint/rib is out of place.

Some individuals with hypermobility have found short-term relief from chiropractic adjustments, while others have reported that it can be dangerous due to the looseness of their joints. One person mentioned that their chiropractor stopped adjusting them once they learned about their EDS diagnosis and instead taught them how to use KT tape. Another individual noted that their body doesn't hold regular adjustments for long, but it has helped with certain types of pain.
