Chilly Weather and Asthma: Anyone Else Struggling?

Yeah my asthma gets terrible in the winter that's how I always end up in hospital or on steroids for my asthma so far so good at the moment although had a strange week with my asthma just from cleaning I got soooo breathless I I did my peakflow after taking my blue inhaler and it was 230 my normal peakflow is 500 was normal the next day was weird.

Ohhhhh yes. I have to take my inhaler more but especially in the snow. Once it gets down to 3°C I usually struggle to breathe.

Mine usually gets so bad this time of year. My doctor prescribes me symbicort to take during this time of year and prevents me from having any major issues. Without it I'd have at least one upper respiratory infection/asthmatic bronchitis episode by now.

Yes, I have a harder time breathing when it is really cold or really hot. My asthma gets worse.
