The fatigue and weakness is beyond incomprehensible. I have not found a single thing to help with any of it. I do keep a clear mind and stable emotions and that seems to keep me afloat but after days upon days of doing doing doing it really beats me up. I have a defibrillator that's pretty securing to my health because I am so active. I am 35 single mom of four kids and I raise my grandson as well

Yes I don't eat salts at all or fry my foods either....I'm on strict diet and I have had workout routines as well but nothing seems to be helping at all.

Chf can make you so tired...i got to the point that eating and speaking took too much oxygen.

I feel that on most of my days but I have this issue where it pains me to let my kids see me weak or hurting. They do understand for the most part but they are young. It's like I just can't keep up anymore

Ya i tried to live my life as normal as possible for as long as i could, i was 25 when i went into chf and i was still kind of in "party mode" i finally had to admit to myself that pushing myself so hard was hurting myself and resigned myself to rest
