Chest Pain on One Side: Stabbing and Clenching Sensation

Does anyone get pain on the chest. Specifically on one side? It feels like stabbing and clenching under the breast?

Is it worse when you breathe in? I’ve been told the sharp pain in my chest when I breathe in is pleurisy. But I get a more mild sharp chest pain if I stand too much bc of POTS

Yes! I've been having heart palpitations as well, but I didn't think about it being linked to fibro.

me and my sister both have been diagnosed with fibro and we both get that pain. Which made me link it to that but idk if it really is a related ache.
